RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please call 1-817-481-6688 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless defective.

The product must be returned to the Lasting Expressions LLC warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

Please note that Lasting Expressions LLC does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

Product that is custom made to your specifications including:

Embroidered Items
Screen Printed Items
Engraved Items
Custom Signs of any type

Shipping Information

UPS: The most inexpensive way to ship is by UPS Ground. (However, we will ship by other methods if you choose) UPS shipping charges are calculated in real time with UPS's web site, using actual weight of items, shipping distance from Southlake, Texas, and the published UPS rates. A nominal charge is added for the packaging materials ($0.25-$3 depending on package size)

The more you buy, the less your shipping cost is as a percentage of your total amount and on a per unit basis. For example, shipping one shirt may cost $10, however shipping four shirts may cost only $20 ($5 per shirt).

Shipping cost goes up almost exponentially in the sequence of UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. UPS does NOT guarantee air delivery to residential addresses. . Saturday delivery is available from UPS but is very expensive.

All UPS shipments are insured for damage and missing packages by UPS. Lasting Expressions LLC is not responsible for any physical damage to products by shipping company.

Shipping costs will be added to your order total even though they may not show up on your totals when the order is placed. The shipping cost may be a seperate charge to your credit card. We will email you with the total amount charged to your credit card along with tracking numbers when the merchandise is shipped.
